This is not a counselling session. This venue does not have a lift and there is a flight of stairs to gain access to the therapy room.
Learning how to meditate is an effective way to relax, manage stress and bring happiness into your life. 1-2-1 meditation sessions will teach you how to create your own practice that will serve you a lifetime.
Sessions are 45 minutes and take place in a very relaxed, calming and non-judgemental environment with all conversations being confidential.
