MIND, BODY & SPIRIT.
My area of specialty is self-love and self-empowerment, and I create relaxed and safe spaces, both face-to-face and virtually, that are inclusive and welcoming to everyone. Services offered to help guide you on your own personal holistic journey include; 1:1, family & friends and couples, and corporate meditation sessions, Goddess circles, Reiki and Seichem healing, Indian head massage, Chakra balancing, and Sound Energy therapy using Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls.

Having lived with anxiety from a young age, I started my personal meditation practice over 15 years ago which has led me on an amazing journey of self-discovery and very importantly, self-love. Gaining a distinction in Meditation Teacher training with The British School of Meditation (BSoM), becoming a Reiki and Seichem practitioner, and Sound Energy practitioner in Sound Energy Therapy and Vibroacoustic Massage with Sound Energy Medicine Practitioners Association (SEMPA), has empowered me to find my voice and enabled me to help others, as I know first-hand the benefits holistic therapies can have.
