Full Body Holistic Massage* (optional Reiki)
A Holistic Massage is a full body massage (head to toe) that works on a physical level by improving circulation and lymphatic drainage aiding the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the body’s cells whilst at the same time eliminating toxins, releasing muscular tension and boosting the immune system. Each massage is individually tailored to how you are at that particular time, so no two sessions are the same. It’s is a relaxing massage which calms the mind and reduces everyday physical and emotional stress on the body. Reiki can also be added to your treatment to help remove and balance any spiritual blockages in both the physical body and the aura. A short pre-massage consultation will enable the therapist to determine the type of massage that will best suit you. It will give you the chance to outline any areas of discomfort, your preferred pressure and any concerns that you have.

Back, Neck, Shoulders*
A massage which focuses on acupressure points on the back, shoulders, arms, and neck. It stimulates the flow of blood and oxygen in your upper body and it aims to re-balance the body's energies. A head and face massage can also be incorporated.
Investment: 45 minutes £50 / £60 with head and face massage
All massages can leave you feeling thirsty and needing to go to the toilet more than usual - this is because the massage has got your lymph circulation going and your body is flushing out toxins. Drink plenty of water afterwards as you slowly drift back.
